Our values

Our values are based on the behavior of little penguins, which are also the namesake of our company.

Malping is a neologism from Esperanto for little penguins " Mal granda ping veno".

Only slightly larger than a shoebox, these Australian penguins swim dozens of kilometers out to sea every day. Every evening at sunset, they return to their home beach and exchange information about the day's events. Afterwards, they head back to their nests.

Our ethical principles

Local and sustainable supply chains

We want transparent supply chains that are as short as possible in every respect. The more sustainable suppliers are in designing their products, the more likely we are to pursue partnerships. Environmental protection and nature conservation must always be taken into account.

New Muda

We apply the Muda production system to all areas of our business. We avoid waste in production, sales, engineering, and administration.

Transparency regarding decisions and procedures both within and outside the business is essential. If expectations cannot be met, this must be communicated to the recipient immediately.
